🌟 Meet the Star Cast of Bhav Bhagwan Che — A Film on India’s Stock Market Hangover

The financial markets are not just about numbers — they are about dreams, greed, fear, ambition, and at times, obsession. Bhav Bhagwan Che captures this emotional rollercoaster through a powerful story set against the backdrop of India’s booming (and sometimes crashing) stock market.

My vision is to make entertaining, thought-provoking & insightful stories.

Director/Writer/Producer – Anish Kumar ( Main Poster )
I am an alumnus of FMS Delhi and IIIT Delhi. I have been active in the professional theatre circle since my college days. I had performed at Prithvi Theatre, NCPA, Mandi House, SRPA, Akshara, LTG Auditorium, and many more places. My love for stage and portraying complex characters motivated me to write character sketches which led to a story and my first book : The Game Of Choices. And this gave me the confidence to create an anthology web series : The Social Media Drug. I started making movies with an intent to turn stories into experiences that audiences won’t forget.

One of the story which I am bringing to reality is Bhav Bhagwan Che, a story inspired by TRUE EVENTS and based on India’s Stock Market Hype. And bringing this world to life is a remarkable ensemble of talent. Let’s meet the faces behind the characters who will take you into this volatile, gripping universe:

Charts Ka Maharaj – Ankit Sati, Actor Charts Ka Maharaj

Every other post on social media these days seems to come from a “finfluencer.”
Finance, as a category, draws massive viewership—everyone wants a piece of it. Since the pandemic, we’ve seen a surge in the number of self-proclaimed financial gurus. But amidst the noise, there’s one true OG: Charts Ka Maharaj, a seasoned voice in the stock market space who’s been guiding audiences long before the trend took off.

But what happens when he’s forced to choose—between loyalty to his countless subscribers, or allegiance to the one man who gave him his identity?
What will Charts Ka Maharaj do?

When I was writing this character, I often wondered who could embody this eccentric yet innocent persona. And then I saw Ankit Sati perform. A theatre actor trained at SRCPA, New Delhi, Ankit has brought countless characters to life in acclaimed stage productions over the years. His mastery of both comedic timing and dramatic depth made him the perfect fit.

I’m thrilled to introduce our first character: Charts Ka Maharaj, portrayed by Ankit Sati. His dedication to the craft and his passion for storytelling are truly unmatched.

When asked about the project, Ankit shared:

“What excites me about this project is how it dives into the flashy, cutthroat world of finfluencers and market hype. It’s bold, current, and full of characters walking the line between hustle and glamour. As an actor, it’s a thrill to step into that kind of chaos and bring those layers to life.”

Parth – Nikhil Kumar, Actor Parth

We often believe happiness lies in what we don’t yet have.
For Parth, that missing piece was money. Influenced by the glossy promises of social media, he came to see the stock market as a modern-day lottery—an easy path to wealth. But chasing shortcuts led him into a spiral of impulsive decisions, self-doubt, and a never-ending quest for fulfillment. Convinced that someone online had the answers he was searching for, Parth pinned his hopes on a stranger behind a screen.

But what happens when that very man becomes his worst nightmare?

Parth’s character demanded the portrayal of vulnerability with restraint—a quiet, internal storm. He needed to feel mentally distinct from others around him, lost in a world that promised clarity but delivered chaos. It was a complex, layered role—and I knew there was only one person who could do it justice: Nikhil Kumar.

Nikhil began pursuing acting right after completing his education, driven by an unshakable passion for the craft. His deep love for the stage and innate curiosity for the creative process allow him to immerse himself fully into any character he plays. Over the years, he has taken on diverse roles across theatre and short films, each performance marked by honesty and nuance.

I’m thrilled to introduce Parth, portrayed by Nikhil Kumar. His commitment, talent, and stage experience brought to life the many shades of Parth—some expected, others completely surprising.

When asked about the project, Nikhil shared:

“What struck me about the script was how real it felt—it shows just how easily someone can be influenced today. It dives deep into how people in positions of power can impact individual lives and how the stock market isn’t just a business—it’s a web of emotions, trust, and consequences. We often think greed drives everything, but sometimes, it’s something much deeper.”

Nisha – Divya Tiwari, Actor Nisha

Nisha is a woman of quiet strength and unwavering conviction.
In a world consumed by the noise of social media and fleeting trends, she stands apart—firm in her belief that true power lies in silence, not volume. Sweet-natured yet strong-willed, Nisha carries a calm confidence that remains unshaken even under pressure. She doesn’t seek validation—she embodies resilience, grace, and emotional clarity.

She’s not easily rattled by chaos or confrontation. Her strength lies in her stillness, her presence.
But when an unexpected connection with a man miles away begins to repeatedly test her silence, Nisha’s emotional boundaries are pushed in ways she never anticipated.

Bringing Nisha to life required emotional depth, subtlety, and powerful internal expression. Her role demanded the portrayal of vulnerability without words, resilience without force, and transformation through quiet nuance.

I’m thrilled to introduce Nisha, portrayed by Divya Tiwari. Her performance is a standout—marked by her remarkable ability to hold space through silence and convey deep emotional shifts without ever needing to overstate them.

Hailing from Allahabad, where she completed her education, Divya found her voice in the performing arts during her time in Delhi. Since then, she has built a diverse body of work across genres, marked by sincerity, discipline, and a genuine passion for her craft.

When asked about the project, Divya shared:

“What really excited me about Bhav Bhagwan Che was the way it tells a powerful, emotional story while staying rooted in a timely and relevant theme—the impact of social media as a kind of modern-day drug. It’s not just a story of today, it’s a reflection of where we’re heading as a society. Playing Nisha allowed me to explore the quieter forms of strength—how gentleness can often carry immense power.”

Keshav – Abhinav Sachdeva, Actor Keshav

Some are lured by the vanity of social media—and then there are those who are the real deal.
The ones actually minting money from the stock market aren’t the ones flaunting it online. But even the most powerful aren’t immune to one of the most basic human needs—love and validation. These emotional needs play a crucial role in shaping how we connect, especially in the era of digital expression.

Keshav, one of India’s wealthiest and most enigmatic investors, finds himself yearning for that very validation in a world ruled by likes and followers.
But what happens when his path crosses with a man who owns the world of media?

Keshav is a self-made man who’s seen it all. He knows the ins and outs of the stock market and carries the calm of someone who’s weathered many storms. This character demands maturity, emotional depth, and the power to say more with silence than with words. It needed someone who not only brings versatility as an actor but has lived and felt the evolving layers of life. That’s exactly what Abhinav Sachdeva brings to the table.

A businessman by profession and an actor by passion, Abhinav has been active in theatre for nearly a decade. His performances have resonated with audiences across Delhi-NCR and other parts of India, earning him both acclaim and admiration.

I’m incredibly excited to introduce Keshav, played by Abhinav Sachdeva. His stage experience added layers to this character that even I hadn’t envisioned while writing.

When asked about the project, Abhinav shared:

“I read the whole story and instantly felt that Anish is a brilliant writer. His observations about everyday life and how people think are incredibly precise. I’ve worked with him earlier in DeHustle and have always admired his effort, dedication, and creative vision. So when this opportunity came my way, I said yes in a heartbeat—it was yet another exciting challenge to take on.”

Rishabh – Prabhav Sachdeva, Actor Rishabh

Rishabh is ambitious, sharp, and determined to rise—fast.
He embodies today’s hustle culture: restless, relentless, and convinced that success belongs to those who move quickly, not patiently. For Rishabh, hard work and perseverance feel outdated. He craves recognition, wealth, and influence—and he wants it now.

Living in a world driven by social media and instant gratification, Rishabh thrives on validation. He’s street-smart, confident, and unafraid to bend the rules if it means getting ahead.
But what happens when his momentum is suddenly halted—by a man who refuses to be moved?

For this role, I needed someone who could portray modern ambition with layered intensity—a performer who could embody urgency, insecurity, and emotional conflict all at once. And Prabhav Sachdeva delivered exactly that.

I’m thrilled to introduce Rishabh, portrayed by Prabhav Sachdeva. He brought this character to life with nuance—making him feel both relatable and flawed. His performance captured Rishabh’s inner tension: the raw hunger for success balanced against the fear of slipping through the cracks.

Prabhav is an active theatre artist, having worked on productions such as Dastaan-E-Anarkali and The Fault in Our Stars. While still pursuing his college education, he dedicates himself fully to theatrical work. His belief in collaborative storytelling and his constant push to grow as both an artist and a person make him a dynamic presence on stage—and now on screen.

I’ve seen firsthand how Prabhav brings depth to every scene. He’s a team player, open, interactive, and never afraid to explore emotional complexity.

When asked about the project, Prabhav shared:

“The title ‘Bhav Bhagwan Che’ instantly intrigued me. The character of Rishabh was both exciting and challenging—very different from anything I’d done before. It was also my first experience shooting for a web series, and working alongside actors I’ve admired in theatre made it even more meaningful.”
